Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 2–5 business days, making the total estimated delivery time approximately 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical delays. We always strive to keep you updated and ensure timely delivery.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above AED 100, making it easier for you to shop more while saving on delivery costs. For orders below AED 100, a standard shipping fee ranging from AED 10–20 will be applied at checkout. All charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time and stay informed about its delivery status. Our goal is to provide full transparency and peace of mind throughout the shipping process.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. We kindly ask that someone be present at the delivery address to receive the order, and we recommend keeping the exact cash amount ready to ensure a smooth transaction with the courier.


Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please note that multiple failed attempts may result in the cancellation of your order.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Arham Mart cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
